We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service


Gratuities are not included in our prices and are graciously accepted. Gratuities cannot be charged or added on to any credit card or bank card. Gratuities are accepted in cash or Venmo only. 


We are committed to providing quality service in a timely manner. We greatly value our scheduled guest and ask that you arrive no later than 10 mins prior to your scheduled time. This ensures that we can begin your service on-time or as close as possible to your scheduled time. Please keep in mind that an upgrade in service may cause a delay. 

For parties of 2 or more, we will try our best to seat you together and start your services as soon as possible.

As a courtesy to other guests and our team members, if you are running late, cannot make your appointment or need to reschedule, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, however the length of service may be adjusted to accommodate all our appointments.

Firm Appointment:  If you would like to ensure that your service start exactly at your appointment time, please request a 'firm appointment.' A credit card deposit of 50% (non-refundable) will be required at the time of booking your service. 24-hour notice of cancellation is required to avoid full charge. If you reschedule, your deposit will be applied to a gift card for your future services. 

No Refunds

Please let our team members/receptionist know prior to checking out if you are not satisfied with your service and we will fix/redo your service according to management's discretion.

Team members are not authorized to grant compensation at any time. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please leave your name and phone number, and management will call you back as soon as possible. Calls will be returned Mon thru Thurs, as Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are our busiest times.  

Personal Belongings

Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. You are responsible for your belongings at all times. During a pedicure, please hang your bag from silver knob on the armrest to keep it off the floor and put your phone away. Please do not handle your personal belongings if you are soaking your fingers in acetone. Tip Top is not responsible for damage caused by water, acetone, or other means. Tip Top is not responsible for lost, or misplaced items. 


Gel, Dip, and Acrylic full set; We offer complimentary fixes within 72 hours of the service completion. Any fixes outside of the 72-hour period will be services at a slight charge depending on time requirement and difficulty.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available at any dollar amount. Gift cards are final sale and do not expire. Gift cards are equivalent to cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. 

Phone Use

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phone to vibrate upon arrival. If you must accept a call, please be discreet, and mindful of the comfort of other guest, and speak in your soft spa voice.


The information collected is  used to ensure quality of service, keep track of clientele preferences, and to call you in case if misplaced items. You will not receive any marketing material from the information provided.
